Rutherford Veterinary Hospital is seeking a responsible, dependable, outgoing, and hardworking individual to join our CSR (Customer Service Representative) team! We need someone with great communication skills as well as computer skills. Previous Veterinary Customer Service Representative experience a plus. The position we are filling will require working Saturdays and some Holidays. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding Veterinary care for their pets
- Provide information about the products and services we provide
- Document and update client pet records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services we offer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
