IAB Solutions, LLC is a renowned company that specializes in managing accounts receivable for manufacturers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry for over 40 years. We assist global companies with revenue recovery, deduction validation, and A/R analytical services. Job Summary
As the Vice President of Information Technology, you will be essential to our technology advancement strategy and transformation program. You will help us maintain our competitiveness in an important niche market and ensure the growth and satisfaction of our clients. You will collaborate with the Operations team to identify and implement innovative technological solutions to drive revenue growth and make our business processes more efficient. This newly created position requires deep experience in enterprise architecture, software development and technology product delivery. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of modern programming languages, databases, data visualization tools, and cloud computing platforms. You should have a proactive and collaborative mindset and the ability to identify and use state-of-the-art technology tools and resources to deliver business value.
You will lead IAB’s small but growing Technology team and manage external service providers and vendors. You will join the Senior Leadership Team that manages IAB and will work with all levels of the organization to identify, shape, and deliver technology-based business innovations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is excited about using technology to accelerate the growth of an entrepreneurial business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with Operations Leadership to provide technology-enabled business solutions that enhance existing services and increase the adoption and effective use of technology in our business.
- Collaborate with members of the Operational teams to identify technology opportunities, define requirements and develop strategic solutions that work together seamlessly.
- Create an enterprise target technology architecture to guide the transformation of IAB’s technology solutions over the next 18-36 months.
- Lead the development of a roadmap to guide the design, development, implementation, and/or automation of business processes.
- Manage the IT team to maintain and enhance IAB’s propriety in-house applications.
- Manage a small team of Developers and IT Operations staff as well as external resources as appropriate.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on technological trends and best practices, offering training and support to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that our technological solutions remain in alignment with legal and ethical requirements
- Lead our exploration of how the latest AI technologies can contribute to the performance of our business, including machine learning and GenAI tools.
- Continuously monitor system performance, proactively addressing any issues or vulnerabilities
- Proactively monitor data integrity. Design and implement solutions for user-reported data errors
- Oversee departmental budgeting and financial planning. Work with Senior Leadership peers to arrive at a good understanding of ROI of major technology investments.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Familiarity with modern programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Python
- Microsoft 365, PowerBI, SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services
- Advanced Excel skills including power query, pivot tables, charting, macros and advanced formulae
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write concise instructions and train others in new technologies
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently with stakeholders at all levels
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- PowerShell
- Software experience working directly with major retailers or manufacturers in the CPG industry would be beneficial.
