What You Bring
- 20+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including 10+ years in medical device or MedTech sales leadership.
- Proven record of delivering sustained revenue growth in highly regulated healthcare markets.
- Deep expertise in sales strategy, market access, and clinical engagement.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
- Experience leading large, multi-region sales teams across complex healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, provider needs, and patient-centered outcomes.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to reimagine how MedTech sales can transform global healthcare.

Compensation & Total Rewards Package
FleetHire LLC is representing a client offering a world-class executive sales package designed to attract elite MedTech leaders:
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 annually
- Quarterly and Annual Executive Bonus Programs – tied to revenue growth, market expansion, and adoption of medical technologies
