Spa Beuty Agency is an award-winning On-Location Bridal & Beauty Agency and we are looking to hire and experienced Hair & Makeup Artist. We have won Best Of Weddings awards from one of the top bridal magazines in the country eleven years in a row and are in the magazine's Hall of Fame. We specialize in bringing fully customized service packages to our clients.
We are looking for Artists who are up to date on current bridal trends, and have a passion for what they do. The ideal person will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deadlines, and be able to effectively communicate with the client when determining the best look for their wedding day.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited cosmetology institution.
- 3+ years industry experience.
- Knowledge of best practices for different hair/skin types.
- Experience in Airbrush Foundation and have the proper kit.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have a STRONG desire to work in the wedding industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to bridal clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Perform hair styling and makeup services according to client preferences and industry standards.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in work areas to uphold professional standards.
- Utilize cosmetology skills to create stunning bridal looks that exceed client expectations.
- Possess a valid driver's license to travel to bridal venues for on-site services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their special day.
Job Details:
- Industry-leading commission-based pay.
- Most work is completed on the weekends, with some weekday exceptions.
- Individual will be working in Baxter/Brainerd and the surrounding area.
