Our Guest Services/Wellness Concierge team serves as friendly hosts for all guests who come to Release. This is a detail-oriented position that requires calm, pleasant demeanors, even under busy circumstances. The Guest Services team is responsible for greeting all guests and guiding them through their experience - covering every detail from the moment a guest books an appointment and checks in, to the moment they check out, ensuring their experience runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties include:
- answering phone calls
- assisting guests with questions regarding all of our offerings
- accurately booking/managing all appointments in our MindBody system
- checking guests into the computer system, and charging appropriately and correctly for all services
- Upholding Release’s mission and core values
- Fostering a positive and cohesive environment for both guests and other employees
Qualifications
Education, Skills and Training:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
- Have strong phone and computer skills.
- Have previous customer service experience (required).
- Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and other wellness offerings.
- Previous experience or knowledge in Mindbody Software, OR willingness to learn.
Communications and Personal Interactions
- Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, management and other team members.
- Be able to consistently provide and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Be able to verbalize and educate our guests, clients, members on our wellness offerings AND refer them to the appropriate points person when needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Be able to effectively and cohesively problem solve
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Competitive salary with additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation $20 - $22 commiserate with experience
