Western Regional Sales Manager – Palletizing Division (Remote – West Coast)
Location: Remote within CA, AZ, UT, or NV (Southern California preferred)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Western Regional Sales Manager to expand our footprint across California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. This is a fully remote role for someone located within the territory.

What You’ll Do
As part of the Palletizer Sales Team, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your region.
- Drive growth by nurturing current accounts and establishing new customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver professional, technical sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver the most effective solutions.
- Use CRM (Salesforce) to manage your pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and industry insights.
- Travel up to 75% to customer sites and trade events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, ideally with palletizing and end-of-line systems.
- Proven success in technical sales, account management, or engineering support roles.
- Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work independently while staying highly engaged with cross-functional teams.
