About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Coordinator (Wholesale) to support the Skechers & Dr Martens team across seasonal ranging, product set-up, reporting and showroom operations. Working closely with the GM and wider team, you’ll help keep each season on track and ensure our product and commercial information is accurate, timely and ready for our wholesale customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support the General Manager with day-to-day brand, product and operational priorities across the seasonal buying cycle.
Assist with seasonal planning, including previous-quarter analysis, critical paths, key deadlines and range preparation.
Create and maintain seasonal product costings, including updated freight and duty information.
Coordinate product set-up, imagery, DIRs and product information, ensuring details are accurate ahead of ranging.
Manage samples from ordering and showroom preparation through to pick lists, sales representative support and returns.
Prepare seasonal line lists, assortments and catalogues, ensuring range information is complete and accurate.
Coordinate AP21 and Salesnet uploads and work with the Product team to resolve any missing or incorrect information.
Prepare monthly Top 15, sell-in and other commercial reports for the local and US teams.
Liaise with buyers following ranging to obtain monthly flow information and support ongoing range management.
Work closely with the US, Sales, Product, Logistics and Warehouse teams to keep priorities moving and resolve issues quickly.
Attend range releases, conferences and weekly sales meetings to stay across product updates, priorities and key deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in an administration, coordination or operations role, ideally within retail, wholesale, footwear or apparel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Confident working with Excel, reporting and product data.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
A commercial mindset with an interest in product, sales and the wholesale environment.
Experience working with retail or wholesale systems such as AP21 or Salesnet would be advantageous.
