Business Analyst

• 18 Month Contract
• $820 Per Day
• Brisbane Based

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing IT managed service contracts, service catalogues and operational responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state service requirements and delivery models.
• Develop business, functional and non-functional requirements to support the RFP process.
• Define measurable service outcomes, SLAs, KPIs and supplier evaluation criteria.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI augmentation and service optimisation.
• Assess service boundaries, internal capabilities and opportunities for outsourcing or insourcing.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, dependencies and service requirements.
• Support supplier evaluation, clarification activities and requirements traceability.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Business Analyst experience across enterprise IT environments.
• Strong background in IT Managed Services, IT outsourcing or ITSM transformation.
• Experience developing requirements for RFPs, RFQs or technology sourcing initiatives.
• Understanding of IT service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs and vendor management.
• Experience with current-state analysis, gap assessments and future-state operating models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices.
• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled services or IT operating model transformation is highly regarded.
