Culture Change Manager - Implementing New Ways of Working During & After Digital
Job description
A significant digital transformation is underway. The real work now is making the new ways of working stick: how people collaborate, make decisions, use the tools, and lead differently.
The roleYou will own the people and behaviour side of a completed digital transformation. Your job is to close the gap between "the technology is in" and "this is how we work now."
You will:
- Diagnose where old habits, workarounds and leadership behaviours are undermining the new digital ways of working.
- Design and run a practical culture and adoption programme that sits with operational leaders, not in a central people function.
- Work with executives and frontline leaders to model and reinforce the new behaviours.
- Translate digital capabilities into clear, everyday practices people can actually use.
- Measure adoption, resistance and cultural drift — and course-correct quickly.
- Build internal capability so the change is owned by the business, not dependent on you.
You have led culture or ways-of-working change after a major system or operating-model shift (ERP, CRM, digital platform, shared services, or similar). You are credible with senior operational leaders and comfortable in the messy middle of adoption.
You bring:- Proven experience driving behavioural change after digital or operating-model transformation
- Strong facilitation and influence skills with skeptical or change-fatigued teams
- The ability to turn strategy into simple, repeatable practices
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading with effective, respectful communication.
- Experience in a post-implementation environment.
- Leaders consistently use and reinforce the new digital ways of working
- Workarounds and shadow processes have reduced
- Teams can describe how they work differently — and why it matters
- The organisation no longer treats "culture" as a separate workstream from the technology.
