If you're the digital marketer who launches the campaign, spots the broken link before anyone else does, fixes the HubSpot workflow, and has the performance report ready before it's asked for, we want to talk to you.

TLC Healthcare is a fast-growing, award-winning group spanning aged care, medical centres, day surgeries, early learning, health clubs and more. We're heading into our busiest period yet, with a packed pipeline of campaigns, events and launches across multiple brands. We need someone who can walk in, get across it fast, and start delivering from day one.

This isn't a role for strategy decks and long lead times. It's hands-on, high-volume and high-impact, and it suits someone who likes seeing their work go live.

What you'll own

Reporting to our General Manager Marketing, you'll run digital end to end across our brands:

• Building and launching integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, web and organic social
• Keeping our WordPress sites sharp, current and converting
• Running HubSpot email, automation and segmentation so the right message reaches the right people
• Creating and publishing content across digital and social channels
• Promoting and delivering corporate, community and marketing events, including managing Eventbrite and Cvent
• Tracking performance, budgets and ROI, and turning the numbers into clear insights and recommendations (Power BI a plus)
• Working with internal teams and external agencies to get things out the door, on time and done properly

• Obsessed with detail. Typos, broken links, wrong dates and mismatched UTMs don't get past you.
• Driven by initiative. You see what needs doing and do it. You don't wait to be told, and you flag problems with a fix already in mind.
• Great with people. You build trust quickly with stakeholders at every level, manage competing requests calmly, and keep everyone in the loop.
• A good human. You're generous with your team, reliable, honest and easy to work with, especially when things get busy.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role
• Strong, practical experience across SEO, SEM, paid media, email and social
• Confident in HubSpot, Meta Business Manager and WordPress
• Event marketing and delivery experience
• Solid analytical and reporting skills

Experience with Power BI, Eventbrite/Cvent and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
