Job description

About Rockwear

Rockwear is part of one of Australia’s leading retail groups and has been empowering women to move with confidence for years. Rockwear is built on a foundation of innovation, community, and a passion for an active lifestyle.

We’re a brand that supports each other, and doesn’t take ourselves too seriously—while always keeping our customer at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

You’ll shape how customers discover, engage with, and shop Rockwear across Australia. Partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM, eCommerce teams, and our media agency, you’ll craft and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, consideration, and revenue across both eCommerce and retail channels.

You’ll manage the digital media budget, lead agency performance, and deliver high-impact campaigns across paid channels, working closely with broader marketing and organic digital activity to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across channels.

From scaling performance on Meta to optimising Search and Shopping, you’ll connect data, creative, customer and market insights to unlock growth opportunities and drive measurable results.

If performance marketing is your strength, and you bring strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, with the ability to test, learn, and scale what works, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute Rockwear’s digital marketing strategy, aligned with brand and commercial objectives

Plan and deliver full-funnel campaigns across key channels including Meta, Google Search, TikTok & Affiliates

Lead campaign development end-to-end: briefing, planning, execution, optimisation, and post-analysis

Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns hands-on, including audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling performance

Oversee media agency performance, including briefing, KPI setting, optimisation direction, budget management and ongoing collaboration

Manage digital marketing budgets including annual, monthly, and weekly forecasting

Analyse and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR), identifying drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and translating insights into optimisation actions and future strategy and investment decisions

Continuously optimise always-on and campaign activity based on performance data and learnings, executing structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages, with strong attention to detail across campaign setup, QA, tracking, and reporting

Partner with eCommerce to plan for peak trading periods and align on revenue targets

Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and emerging trends to drive incremental performance

Use data and insights (Google Trends, platform data, customer insights and competitor activity) to inform strategy and decision-making

Determine which products, campaigns and promotional activity should be prioritised across digital advertising channels, based on customer, product, commercial and performance insights

Develop an integrated digital approach across paid and organic activity, working with relevant teams to ensure channels work seamlessly together and support broader marketing objectives

Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, creative, CRM, eCommerce and trading initiatives
