You are a highly organised, discreet and dependable administrator who stays composed during busy reporting and planning periods. You build strong relationships with senior leaders and bring a genuine commitment to the mission and values of the Society.
More specifically you will have:
Relevant qualification in business administration, office administration, finance administration or project coordination
Demonstrated experience providing executive assistant or senior administrative support to a senior leader or executive
Experience coordinating meetings, reporting cycles, papers, action registers and confidential records
Understanding of financial administration, governance, procurement, delegations and privacy and confidentiality obligations
Excellent organisation, diary management and follow-through, with strong proofreading and document preparation skills
Professional interpersonal skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, plus strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint skills
Experience in finance, corporate services, not-for-profit or government environments is highly regarded
About the role
The Executive Assistant, Office of the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides high-quality executive, administrative and coordination support to the Group CFO and the CFO portfolio.
You will keep the CFO office running smoothly across diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, correspondence, reporting cycles, financial administration, portfolio governance and action tracking.
The role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate competing priorities across finance, strategy, business planning, projects, data insights and technology.

Key responsibilities
Provide proactive diary, inbox, travel, meeting and administrative support to the Group CFO, escalating urgent matters appropriately
Prepare, format and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting papers and briefing notes
Coordinate across the CFO portfolio, maintaining visibility of priorities, deadlines, action items and reporting requirements
Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and governance cycles, including papers for Executive, Board and committee meetings
Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, expense claims and procurement documentation in line with delegations and policy
Maintain accurate records and document registers, and handle sensitive financial and commercial information with discretion
