Job Brief
This is the ideal entry role into investor relations for someone with strong coordination, executive support or corporate affairs experience. It is a genuine coordination role at the centre of a busy IR function. You will work closely with the General Manager and Senior Manager of Investor Relations, providing the structure and discipline that keeps calendars, materials, disclosure and stakeholder coordination running properly.

Our client is a growing, privately backed business with a lean executive team, currently building out its investor relations function as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the IR calendar, including results, trading updates, AGMs, investor days, roadshows, conferences and one on one meetings
- Coordinate travel and logistics for interstate investor meetings and roadshows
- Support production, version control and sign off tracking for investor materials, ASX announcements, presentations and annual reporting content
- Work with Legal and Company Secretariat on the disclosure workflow, including tracking drafts, managing comments, running sign off checklists and coordinating ASX release logistics
- Coordinate investor website updates, webcast logistics and digital investor materials with Communications, Legal, IT and external providers
- Manage the day to day operation of the investor CRM, including logging interactions, maintaining contact records and preparing reports for management and the Board
- Coordinate shareholder register monitoring, share registry requests, targeting lists, proxy adviser tracking and analyst coverage records
- Coordinate with capital markets advisers, legal counsel, PR advisers and share registry providers on process, timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years in coordination, program management, executive support, corporate affairs, capital markets operations or corporate access
- Experience ideally gained in a listed company, transaction, professional services or investment banking environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi stakeholder processes involving senior executives, external advisers, legal counsel, governance stakeholders or investors
- Strong written communication and document discipline, with the ability to produce executive ready materials and maintain clear version control
- Strong organisational skills across calendar management, travel, events, workflow tracking, meeting preparation and follow up
- Familiarity with IR, governance or capital markets tools such as Microsoft 365, IR CRM platforms, share registry systems, market data services or virtual data rooms
- High discretion and sound judgement, with experience handling confidential or market sensitive information
- Comfort working through unfamiliar tasks where there is no set template
- Exposure to technology, infrastructure, energy, AI, data centres or other complex project based sectors is a plus
Direct exposure to how investor messaging, disclosure and market engagement come together, working closely with the General Manager and Senior Manager of Investor Relations, with room to grow as the function scales.
