YOUR NEW ROLE
Create exceptional experiences for visitors at one of the world’s most iconic venues. In this role, you’ll oversee daily front of house operations, support and develop Front of House Attendants through coaching and performance feedback, and build positive relationships with artists, presenters, stage management and colleagues. You’ll help ensure our venues are welcoming, accessible, safe and presented to the highest standard, while delivering outstanding customer service and representing the Sydney Opera House with professionalism, respect and inclusion.
Please note:
Theatre Managers work inside and outside our venues in low light conditions with loud music and theatrical haze. Standing for long periods and walking up and down many steps are the norm in a typical shift. Our teams wear earpieces to receive audio updates and information throughout the shift via radio.
Further detailed information about the role and its requirements can be obtained from the role description.
