Head of Marketing Data and Analytics: Turn data into decisions and shape the future of global marketing performance.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY...

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business outcomes? As Head of Marketing Data and Analytics, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of marketing data capabilities across a global marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on creating scalable reporting infrastructure, strengthening data governance, and delivering insights that drive smarter commercial decisions. You'll work closely with marketing, technology, CRM, and data teams to elevate measurement maturity and unlock the full value of marketing performance data.

DAY TO DAY YOU WILL...

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing data and analytics across the global marketing function
  • Define and oversee data architecture that enables reliable, scalable, and consistent reporting and insight delivery
  • Lead the design, development, and governance of marketing reporting solutions, including Power BI
  • Translate business requirements into analytical models that surface actionable performance insights
  • Partner with Data Science, Technology, and CRM teams to manage data integrations and pipelines
  • Ensure data integrity, documentation standards, and consistency across marketing data sources
  • Develop and maintain marketing data governance frameworks, including data quality standards and access controls
  • Establish and champion a single source of truth for marketing performance measurement globally
  • Apply marketing mix modelling, multi-touch attribution, and econometric analysis to improve measurement effectiveness
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives for senior stakeholders and leaders
  • Build capability across marketing teams and support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

YOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...

  • Experience within a marketing environment is highly regarded
  • 8+ years' experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong experience with Power BI and marketing reporting solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Expertise in data governance, data quality management, and reporting standards
  • Experience managing data integrations, pipelines, and data warehouse relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modelling, multi-touch attribution, and econometric analysis
  • Advanced stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing data strategies, reporting frameworks, and analytics roadmaps
