  • An IT qualification, relevant studies or practical IT experience would be advantageous
  • A good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Exposure to Active Directory, networking, DHCP, DNS or VPNs would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills across desktop, mobile, network and user support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • A valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to our sites when required
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, computer SOEs, Apple DEP/VPP or MDM platforms is highly regarded but not essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn. If you don’t tick every box but believe you have the right foundations and are keen to develop your career in IT, we encourage you to apply.
