Job description

  • Full-time position (76 fortnightly hours) available for immediate start on a 2-year contract.
  • $75,000 p.a + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay).

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology & Digital team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues on servers and client computers.
  • Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, memory, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and performing root cause analysis to reduce instances of technical problems.
  • Experience with managing hardware and minor software and asset management (licenses, warranties, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Servers (2012 2016 2019) and have worked with and implemented key server technologies such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File and Print
  • Managing entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software, and IT supplies.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (AQF Level 7) in IT, Networking or Computer Science or equivalent industry certification.
  • 2-years or more, working experience in Information Technology (IT) role(s).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure (AWS, PABX, LAN, SD-WAN, Firewall).

What you will be doing

  • Maintaining cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, memory, etc.) and telecommunications infrastructure (AWS, IP PABX, WAN, LAN) related to RASA systems in conjunction with RASA’s Managed Service Provider.
  • Managing hardware and minor software and asset management (licenses, warranties, etc.). Undertaking maintenance and management of IT assets including their acquisition, transfer, and disposal.
  • Managing the deployment, configuration and security of desktop and mobile devices.
  • Managing the RASA network user access process, maintain network users & ensuring security levels are appropriately determined and reviewed.
