We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, in fact, we’ll teach you most of what you need. What we do expect is that you bring strong time management, a good attitude, and a willingness to build your skills from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

• A basic understanding of programming (Python, JavaScript or similar)

• Good time management and reliability

• A proactive, teachable attitude

• Willingness to start at the junior level and grow steadily
• Ability to talk on the phone to clients in a Help Desk Environment

• Interest in technology, data, or IoT is a bonus

What you’ll do:

• Assist the service team, technicians and development team on real, live projects and tickets

• Learn how our monitoring platforms operate and integrate

• Participate in testing, and documentation

• Grow into more complex work over time, at a pace that builds real competence
