Job description
As the Administration Officer, you will work as part of the Business Services Team to:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of Maryborough Office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated, easily accessible and confidentiality as required
- Plan and coordinate events, travel, meetings, and conferences as required
- Assist with financial reconciliation reporting for expenses, ensuring their operations are efficient and effective
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have 2+ years’ experience working in administrative role
- Demonstrated customer service focus with a friendly, engaging and professional approach. A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, seeks solutions and builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software is desired.
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Ability to manage the workflow and internal systems to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence to the relevant business areas
- Adaptable and flexible to work in other areas of the business as required
- Be willing to complete Cert III or IV in Business Administration throughout employment
