SAP FICO Consultant

Milestone IT is partnering with a large and well-established organisation to recruit an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to work across a complex enterprise environment, supporting key finance processes and contributing to ongoing SAP initiatives.

About the Role

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support, enhance and deliver SAP Finance solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing functional expertise across SAP FI and CO
• Supporting and improving SAP finance processes and solutions
• Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Conducting requirements gathering, functional analysis and solution design
• Supporting configuration, testing and implementation activities
• Investigating and resolving SAP FICO issues
• Working across integrations with other SAP modules and business systems
• Supporting system enhancements, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with technical teams, business users and other SAP functional consultants

About You

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant who can operate confidently in a complex enterprise environment.

You will ideally have:

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI and CO
• Experience across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting and Profitability Analysis
• Experience with SAP integration across other functional areas such as MM, SD and/or Supply Chain
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing and troubleshooting
• Experience working on SAP projects, enhancements and/or implementations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable

Experience within retail, FMCG, supply chain or another large enterprise environment would be advantageous.
