Job description

Our client, a leading Australian insurer, is delivering a strategic enterprise-wide transformation to redefine how consent, privacy and personal information are managed across the organisation. They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst on an initial contract to help shape and deliver their future-state Enterprise Consent Management capability.

The role

  • Lead the delivery of business and technical analysis artefacts, including requirements, user stories, process flows, data flows and integration mappings
  • Act as the key conduit between business stakeholders, Risk and Compliance, technology teams and the system integrator
  • Own and manage the backlog, aligning priorities to regulatory deadlines and the broader roadmap
  • Support solution design, testing and implementation, including defect triage
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years as a Senior Functional Business Analyst
  • Experience delivering Enterprise Consent Management or privacy solutions within financial services
  • Background in health, general or life insurance, with a strong grasp of the regulatory and privacy landscape
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs and data concepts
  • Experience working with external delivery partners in Agile and hybrid environments
Highly regarded
  • Exposure to vendor selection and enterprise platform implementations
  • Experience with AI tools such as Copilot
