- base location negotiable across office locations: Tweed Heads, Ballina, Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie
- hybrid work with office / home-based options.
About the role
As an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Health the role leads the planning and delivery of digital health initiatives across Healthy North Coast. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across primary care, aged care, community services and the broader North Coast health system, this role will help shape digital solutions that respond to local needs and improve the way health services are delivered. You’ll provide strategic oversight and coordination, bringing together internal teams, workforce members and contracted partners to achieve shared program outcomes and deliver initiatives to agreed schedules.

About you
To excel in this position, you will have:
- Knowledge and experience with technical or digital health systems, platforms and emerging technologies, and their application to primary health care and aged care service delivery.
- Project management skills – scopes, plans, monitors and reports on all aspects of the project; coordinates resources, sets and achieves project targets with demonstrated training or experience across project methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile.
- Demonstrated experience managing commissioning cycles and contracted providers relationships, ensuring procurement and deliverables meet agreed schedules.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of business activities to support delivery of strategic and operational plans.
- Experience and responsibility for significant and multiple programs, services, or operations across a breadth of knowledge areas, to deliver outcomes
- Strong Communication and People Leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, support and coach people to achieve success.
- Knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent in management experience, 8+ years.
