We are open to candidates from strata management, building management, property management, facilities management, hotel operations or related fields who have worked within or understand strata or mixed-use environments.

You will work closely with property and operations teams to navigate complex stakeholder matters, negotiate outcomes, and help deliver practical commercial solutions.

What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with committees, owners, building managers, hotel leadership teams and other key stakeholders to support positive outcomes across the portfolio.

Leading or supporting negotiations, stakeholder discussions and strategic initiatives relating to agreements, governance matters and property operations.

Managing complex stakeholder, contractual and commercial issues, balancing operational, legal and commercial considerations.

Preparing clear written communications and engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Identifying risks, opportunities and emerging issues, and providing recommendations that support long-term business objectives.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a commercially minded relationship manager with experience in strata, building management rights, hospitality or property operations, who can work effectively with committees, owners and operational teams to negotiate outcomes, interpret agreements, provide practical advice and resolve complex issues.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in strata management, building management, property management, facilities management, hospitality or a related field.

An understanding of body corporate, strata or owners corporation environments.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Confidence dealing with committees, owners and senior operational leaders.

Sound negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to balance commercial, operational and stakeholder considerations.

A practical, solutions-focused approach.

Why join Accor?

You'll be supporting a diverse portfolio of hotels and apartment-style properties across some of Accor's best-known brands. It is an opportunity to use your strata or management rights experience in a role that combines property, hospitality, agreements and stakeholder relationships.

You'll also have access to Accor's employee benefits, including accommodation and food and beverage discounts, learning and development opportunities, and the benefits of being part of a leading international hotel group. Accor S.A. is a French multinational hospitality company that owns, manages, and franchises an extensive portfolio of hotels, resorts, and vacation properties. As the largest hospitality company in Europe and the sixth largest worldwide, Accor has a significant global footprint, operating over 5,500 locations in more than 110 countries. The company's origins trace back to 1967, when Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson founded the Société d'investissement et d'exploitation hôteliers (SIEH) and opened the first Novotel hotel in Lille, France. The Accor group was officially formed in 1983 following a merger with Jacques Borel International. This strategic move led to its introduction on the Paris stock exchange in the same year. Throughout its history, Accor has demonstrated a consistent pattern of growth and strategic acquisition. Key milestones include the acquisition of the Sofitel brand in 1980, the launch of the budget-friendly Formule 1 brand in 1985, and the purchase of Motel 6 in 1990. The company has continually adapted its business model to market dynamics, notably with its 'asset-light' strategy to focus on hotel management and franchising. Under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin, appointed in 2013, the company has further refined its structure, creating distinct divisions for its various hotel segments, from economy and midscale to premium, luxury, and lifestyle. This includes a diverse and globally recognized portfolio of brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, and ibis. Accor is also committed to sustainable development through its 'Planet 21' program, addressing environmental and social issues within its operations.
