As a Services Specialist - Technical Support Engineering, you will be part of the Pressure Pumping Cementing Services support team. You will provide technical expertise and support to operations teams, colleagues, and customers across Australia.

You will also provide coaching and technical guidance to specialists, technicians, and apprentices within your area of expertise, helping ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.

As a Services Specialist - Technical Support Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to meet client and operational requirements.
  • Managing and coordinating the introduction and implementation of new technologies.
  • Collaborating with AMO teams to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
  • Raising alerts across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar or significant technical issue arises during a job.
  • Providing technical support and sharing best practices to improve service delivery and operational performance.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 10 years of relevant technical experience and a strong understanding of oilfield pressure pumping and cementing operations and services.
  • Have hands-on experience and technical knowledge of cementing services and associated pressure pumping operations and equipment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance on operational and equipment-related issues.
  • Be a good communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
