We're currently expanding our presence across Latin America and are seeking four bilingual Business Development Representatives to join our team:
- 2 English + Spanish speakers
- 2 English + Portuguese speakers

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of Info-Tech's LATAM client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect for new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Engage senior IT leaders and business executives across Latin America
- Conduct outreach conversations in both English and Spanish or English and Portuguese
- Create qualified sales opportunities for our Senior Account Executive team
- Schedule executive-level discovery meetings and presentations
- Learn and apply consultative selling techniques through coaching and real-world experience
- Maintain disciplined activity tracking and follow-up within our CRM platform
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Executive teams to drive growth in LATAM markets
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and opportunity-generation goals
This is an entry-level commercial sales opportunity with significant growth potential. Successful Business Development Representatives often advance into Account Executive and other commercial sales roles.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bilingual Language Requirement
We are specifically hiring candidates who possess professional-level bilingual communication skills in one of the following:
- English and Spanish
- English and Portuguese
Candidates must be comfortable conducting business conversations, prospecting calls, emails, and professional communication in both languages.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, business development, or other client-facing environments preferred
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and relationship-building
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, or customer engagement is considered an asset

OUR TORONTO OFFICE
This role requires employees to work on-site three days per week from our Toronto office located at:
888 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario
Located in the iconic Masonic Temple (also known as The Concert Hall), the building was most recently home to MTV Canada and previously hosted legendary bands including The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin.
