Our team is currently looking for a Coordinator, Centre of Excellence - Learning and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide learning solutions and programs while supporting the team across various projects.
Here's Where You'll Focus:
Coordinate Enterprise Learning Solutions and Programs
As the administrator of skills development platforms such as Udemy and Axonify, manage users, groups, permissions, and overall license counts; provide troubleshooting support; create learning pathways to support enterprise and team initiatives; analyze and synthesize platform usage data; collaborate with stakeholders across various functions (e.g., HR, Learning & Development, Communications) to provide support; and contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to sustain and optimize the platforms.
Provide guidance, support, and oversight for the Backstage onboarding program by evaluating program effectiveness, recommending and implementing optimization strategies, organizing and facilitating Shop Talk sessions, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the program's long-term sustainability.
Provide guidance, support, and oversight for the language learning program by assessing learner needs, recommending appropriate solutions, monitoring and evaluating key metrics, and tracking and assessing annual cumulative expenditures.
Contribute to IT security assessments.
Manage the shared inbox, Learning & Skills Development team budget, and onboarding/offboarding technical needs for augmented staff
Manage departmental invoices.
Track cumulative expenditures and report against budget.
Monitor project budgets and provide reporting.
Manage the Centre of Excellence shared mailbox by responding to inquiries or redirecting messages as appropriate.
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding technical needs of augmented staff.
Facilitate new hire onboarding sessions.
Support the Administration of the Tuition Reimbursement and Professional Development Policy for Québec Employees as well as ensure Compliance with the Act Respecting Workforce Skills Development and Recognition
Receive, assess, and process requests for tuition reimbursement and external training activities in accordance with the policy.
Assist the Manager, Centre of Excellence - Learning and Development in ensuring compliance of the Multi-Employer Training Service Accreditation Certificate as well as the Certificate of Quality in Training Initiatives.
What You Have to Offer:
Undergraduate degree or university education, preferably in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Information Architecture, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and personal leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to embrace and promote change on short notice.
Knowledge of learning and development trends and innovations, with a strong desire to continuously enhance the learner experience and its impact on business outcomes.
Strong expertise in learning-related business analysis.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English (The candidate will be expected to work with peers in other provinces in the development and implementation of tools and processes across Canada, as well as provide support to Sobeys employees across Canada).
