Product Manager

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

• The Product Manager role is a strategic role within the Business Unit and individuals in this role are responsible for developing business initiatives and monitoring the market trends to achieve the revenue growth and margin expansion targets.
• Establish pricing strategies. Works with RD, sales and SLS to identify opportunities and develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s) to support our business.
• Responsible for overall results of assigned product lines or business portfolio and provide support to ComOps and sales team from the perspective of product and market demand to increase sales and margins, improve quality and reduce inventory.
• Work with the central marketing team to drive the marketing campaigns.

专业背景和资历素质 Education & Professional Background

· Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a technical or business field.

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in SEMI industry or sub industry.

· Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and strong capability on network management.

· Excellent presentation skills; able to multi-task across broad number of products and disease state

语言技能 Language Skills

· Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.

· High energy, proactive, people-oriented and results-oriented approach to work and learning

· Effective personal time management and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
