Quality Manager

1. 统筹六大模块（新项目、量产、客户、供应商、实验室、体系）的全局运作与协同。 Oversee the overall operation and coordination of six functional modules (New Project, Production, Customer, Supplier, Laboratory, and System). 2. 确保年度质量目标与KPI有效分解至各模块，并实施月度考核与纠偏闭环。 Ensure annual quality objectives and KPIs are effectively deployed to each module, with monthly performance reviews and corrective closed-loop follow-ups. 3. 确保质量管理体系在业务中真正落地，流程接口顺畅、职责边界清晰。 Ensure the Quality Management System is practically implemented in daily operations, with smooth process interfaces and clearly defined responsibilities. 4. 确保部门人力、预算及设备资源的合理配置，及时裁决重大质量争议。 Ensure proper allocation of departmental manpower, budget, and equipment resources, and make timely decisions on major quality disputes. 5. 确保团队人才梯队健全，通过选拔与培养推动团队能力持续升级。 Ensure a robust talent pipeline through effective selection and development, driving continuous capability enhancement of the team. 6. 对接ACH质量团队，承接集团质量战略与标准的本地化部署与执行，并建立双向反馈协同机制。 Interface with the ACH Quality Team, undertake the localized deployment and execution of group quality strategies and standards, and establish a two-way feedback and collaboration mechanism. 7. 负责完成上级交办的其他事务。 Fulfill the other assignment from the supervisor.
