Volkswagen Group

Volkswagen Group Services is the shared‑services arm of the Volkswagen Group, delivering end‑to‑end support across production, logistics, IT, engineering, quality, business services, human resources, communication, and finance for all Group companies worldwide. By assuming responsibility for these functions, it enables its internal clients to focus on their core automotive activities.

Operating from seven European locations—Palmela, Lisbon, Madrid, Pamplona, Barcelona, Martorell, and Valencia—and expanding to South America in 2023 with a headquarters in Brazil, the organization provides consistent, high‑quality service delivery across the Group’s global operations.
