Business Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence through the development of training programs, process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational readiness efforts across the business. The role partners closely with leaders and employees to ensure consistent execution of processes, effective communication, and successful onboarding and development of team members. This position identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels while supporting change management, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The Business Operations Manager plays a key role in maintaining business continuity, workforce readiness, and operational consistency during periods of growth and organizational change.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support operational programs focused on process improvement, standardization, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training, onboarding, and knowledge management initiatives to build workforce capability.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational priorities and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support change management efforts by coordinating communications, training, and adoption strategies for new processes and programs.
  • Ensure business continuity and operational readiness through workforce planning, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related Finance operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing operational improvements, and supporting change management efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training programs, drive employee readiness, and partner effectively with leaders to achieve business objectives.
