If you are a Staff Education Services Operations Specialist professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. This role is responsible for driving the commercial growth, profitability, and market expansion of Education Services across the assigned region. You will own the regional training and certification business strategy and be accountable for achieving revenue, bookings, margin, and customer engagement objectives while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer value and business success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own and deliver regional Education Services revenue, bookings, margin, utilization, and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year regional business growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation and conversion activities to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies to increase training and certification adoption.
  • Lead forecast planning, business reviews, and performance reporting for regional leadership.
  • Proactively identify risks to business objectives and implement corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Leaders, Account Managers, Customer Success teams, and Business Unit leaders.
  • Partner with sales teams on strategic opportunities and account planning activities to drive training and expansion revenue.
  • Support sales teams in positioning Education Services as a key component of customer success and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in customer briefings, commercial discussions, and strategic account reviews.
  • Own the regional distributor strategy for Education Services.
  • Develop and grow distributor and channel partner relationships to increase market coverage and revenue generation.
  • Establish performance metrics and business plans with distributors and channel partners while monitoring results.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) across the region.
  • Monitor ATP performance against revenue, quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Lead ATP contract negotiations, renewals, compliance activities, and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions and training agreement negotiations while maintaining positive business relationships.
  • Act as an escalation point for significant customer concerns and support timely resolution.
  • Collaborate across functions to support regional business objectives and provide market and customer insights.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, channel management, sales, account management, or training services.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales networks.
  • Experience presenting to senior decision-makers and customer leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and resolving business challenges.
  • Experience developing business plans, forecasting, and managing key performance indicators.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in Education Services, training programs, certification services, or workforce development solutions.
  • Experience working within industrial, technology, automation, or related industries.
