About the Role
We’re seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate governance, manage legal documentation, and assist the Legal and Compliance teams with day-to-day tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining legal records, coordinating with external providers, and ensuring smooth legal operations across the organization. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, collect, and organize legal and corporate documents
- Support management of legal entities and beneficial ownership structures
- Assist in corporate governance and internal structuring processes
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate legal records
- Coordinate with external legal providers and registrars
- Prepare ad hoc legal reports and summaries
- Support the Legal and Compliance team with daily operational tasks
What you need to succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience supporting legal or compliance functions, preferably in a financial or regulated environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
