You will own the end-to-end onboarding of business customers from first contact through approval. You will apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk, independently handle complex cases in the case-management system, support regulatory compliance, and improve workflows and automation. You will also share knowledge with junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new business customers from first contact through approval
  • Apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk
  • Handle complex cases independently using the case-management system
  • Collaborate with financial crime prevention colleagues to meet regulatory requirements
  • Support junior colleagues and improve workflows, automation, and team performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or business customer onboarding
  • Experience from a regulated financial institution or fintech is preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Risk awareness
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
