Marketing Assistant (FTC 12-months)

As our new Marketing Assistant you'll join the Brand & Marketing team based in Copenhagen for a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, working to build one of the strongest brands in the Nordics.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and execute marketing events and activations – from Founder Fridays to the Lunar Ligaen padel sponsorship – covering planning, logistics, merchandise, and on-the-ground delivery
• Support branded pop-ups, large-scale brand activations, and community events across our markets
• Build relationships with potential partners and keep campaign plans, deliverables, and presentations on track
• Lead smaller campaign and media initiatives from idea to execution
• Spot what's trending and translate it into engaging content – copy, visuals, and scheduling – that supports our partnerships, events, and campaigns

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience in a coordinator or assistant role, ideally with some exposure to events or marketing
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events, from logistics to final delivery
• A genuine interest in social media and emerging trends, with ideas for content creation
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, InVision, and Notion, and have used AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude in a strategic way
• A structured, proactive mindset – you take initiative, enjoy getting things done, and bring a sharp eye for detail
