The context
Within the PME division, the Midscale & Eco Brands team drives global initiatives for three unique and dynamic brands: Mercure, TRIBE and Greet. Its ambition: elevating the guest experience through strategic and creative projects.
Your mission
This is where your greatest challenge awaits: reporting directly to the Brand Managers of Mercure, TRIBE and Greet, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Brand Management and help shape the future of these brands. You will:
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of the brands' strategic projects (Experiences, F&B – Food & Beverage, D&TS – Design & Technology, M&E – Meeting & Events…), including the creation of signature moments, and support their communication internally and externally to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization;
- Maintain, update and manage global brand content: experience materials, creative assets and toolkits;
- Manage the creation and distribution of the Brands' Global Internal Newsletters;
- Animate the marketing relays network to strengthen relationships between Regional hubs and Global teams;
- Support projects related to Culture, Brand Compliance, Product Modernity and Brand Performance;
- Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Your profile:
- Degree program: Master's, MBA or business school (4th or 5th year), majoring in Marketing
- A first experience in marketing or project management is highly appreciated

- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
Soft

- Highly organized, with a structured approach to project management
Language(s):
- French and English (B2/C1, TOEIC) — fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory
