Our client, a prominent organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for a Client Processing position within their Settlements team. This temporary opportunity is designed for a duration of six months and requires a full-time commitment, with all work being conducted in the office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the timely settlement of client trades. Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the quality and completion of individual work tasks, which encompass a variety of internal and external stakeholder interactions.
• Handling phone interactions to address queries and provide information as needed.
• Resolving any pre and post-settlement issues promptly to ensure a seamless processing experience.
• Engaging in transaction processing and reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Previous experience in a financial services environment is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen attention to detail is imperative to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Flexibility and a willingness to adopt a hard-working attitude are essential traits for success in this position.
