Digital Business Manager
Job description
As Digital Business Manager, you will act as the business ambassador of Accor's digital procurement solutions for UK and Benelux.
Your mission will be to increase adoption, engagement, and business value generated through our digital ecosystem by working closely with Sales teams, Category Managers, Procurement stakeholders, suppliers, and hotel customers.
You will be responsible for demonstrating how our digital solutions support commercial objectives, improve operational efficiency, and create value for both hotels and suppliers.
Based in London, you will play a key role in accelerating digital transformation across your region while acting as the voice of customers towards product and digital teams.
What you will be doing:
Drive adoption and business growth
- Develop and execute adoption plans for Accor's digital procurement tools.
- Support customers in maximizing the value generated through digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase platform usage, transaction volumes and customer engagement.
- Promote digital solutions as business enablers rather than operational tools.
Partner with Sales teams
- Work closely with Sales teams to integrate digital solutions into customer discussions and value propositions.
- Support business development activities by demonstrating how digital procurement solutions contribute to revenue growth, efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, roadshows and events.
- Build compelling business cases and success stories showcasing platform value.
Act as the voice of the market
- Gather customer feedback, market insights and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in solution roadmaps.
- Contribute to prioritization discussions and product improvement initiatives.
Training, communication and change management
- Deliver presentations, webinars and workshops to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Promote best practices and drive awareness of new functionalities and services.
Performance monitoring and reporting
- Track adoption, engagement and commercial KPIs.
- Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.
Your experience and skills include:
- Education level: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
- Field of study: Digital communication / Digital project management
- Language: Fluent in English, All deliverables will be in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Technology savvy with a willingness and the curiosity to understand BI tools/processes
- A keen interest in teamwork
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel and prioritise tasks
- Strict adherence to schedules and quality of deliverables
