Requirements

• Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise
• Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills
• ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP
• Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the change strategy and business change plan
• Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes
• Drive business readiness across regional, site-based and central teams
• Track adoption, manage risks and support go-live, cutover and hypercare activities
• Work closely with programme, project and technical teams to support successful delivery

Were seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of a major COINS ERP transformation, driving adoption, engagement and business readiness. This high-impact role will own the end-to-end change workstream and help embed new ways of working across the organisation.
