ERP Integration Architect

Requirements

• Proven Integration Architecture experience within large ERP or enterprise transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, messaging and event-driven architecture
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus and/or Apache Kafka
• Experience integrating cloud, SaaS and on-premise applications
• Strong architecture governance and vendor assurance experience
• Understanding of security, resilience, performance and monitoring
• Experience with Boomi, Azure Integration Services, COINS ERP, Microsoft Fabric or Power BI is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Define the integration strategy, target architecture and standards
• Design reusable integration patterns across APIs, messaging, batch and event-driven integration
• Lead integration requirements and design workshops
• Review and assure interface designs and data flows
• Govern middleware and integration platform usage
• Support engineering teams through build, testing and deployment
• Define operational support, monitoring and transition requirements
• Ensure integrations are secure, resilient and ready for deployment and ongoing support

Were recruiting an experienced Integration Architect to join our clients major ERP transformation programme, defining and governing the integration architecture connecting COINS ERP with the wider technology landscape. The role involves working with technical teams and implementation partners across APIs, middleware, messaging, interfaces and data flows. It is a hybrid contract based in Edinburgh, with two days onsite per week, an initial six-month term with an expected extension, and a day rate of £475–£525, Inside IR35.
