Requirements
- Proven experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, IT support, network engineering, or IT systems management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Active Directory, user management, permissions, and identity and access management.
- Experience with CRM systems, databases, SQL, and data management, including cleaning, organizing, and migrating large or complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network security, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Strong troubleshooting and first-line IT support capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply AI to improve business processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work independently, and take ownership of IT systems and projects.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding technology-based solutions.
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, telephony, or call-centre systems is highly desirable.
- Experience integrating CRM, telephony, and other business systems is advantageous.
- Experience with AI automation, APIs, AI agents, or integrating AI into business systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams would be advantageous.
- Experience with VMware, AWS, Cisco networking, or other cloud and infrastructure technologies would be beneficial.
- Microsoft/Azure, ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, cybersecurity, or VMware certifications are preferred; practical experience and technical ability are equally important.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our IT systems, infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and company technology.
- Develop and maintain an internal CRM system for our sales, customer service, and call-centre operations.
- Clean, organize, standardize, and migrate company and customer data into the new CRM.
- Manage our databases, SQL, data structures, integrations, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI and other technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions into our systems and workflows, and develop AI-powered tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls.
- Implement and monitor information security measures to protect our systems and customer data.
- Manage cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and other security requirements.
- Support our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, routers, and switches.
- Provide first-line and general IT support to our staff, including hardware, software, Microsoft 365, accounts, devices, and system troubleshooting.
- Set up and onboard new employees, including their accounts, equipment, and system access.
- Support and maintain our VoIP and telephone systems, troubleshooting call quality, connectivity, user extensions, headsets, and related issues.
- Support our call-centre technology, including IVR, call recording, call routing, and CRM/telephony integration.
- Investigate opportunities to use AI in our call centre, including call analysis, transcription, summaries, automation, and customer service.
- Manage our IT suppliers, software licences, and external technology providers.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, CRM projects, AI implementation, and technology improvements.
- Work with our cross-functional teams and management to identify technology requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain our IT documentation, processes, and security procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees across our organization.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve our business.
