Shift Pattern: This role follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00.About the role
As the Nights Team Manager, you will lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence within FCM's 24/7 business travel environment. Responsible for driving team performance, service delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes, you will develop and motivate your people while ensuring service levels and business objectives are consistently achieved.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a remote team. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer excellence, while contributing to the growth and success of the business.
About you
- 3+ years' experience within business travel.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with experience improving performance, productivity and profitability.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and driving team success.
- Strong operational and systems knowledge, with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
- Degree-level education and/or ITML qualification would be advantageous
