Summary

Responsible for driving trade investment effectiveness and commercial performance through end-to-end trade spend management, performance analytics, and Revenue Growth Management. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and agency partners to improve profitable growth, financial control, in-store execution, and return on investment, while providing data-driven insights to support business and leadership decision making.

Essential Duties and

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end trade expenditure forecasting, accrual, and budget monitoring process to ensure accurate planning, effective budget utilization, and compliance with guidelines.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and execute Revenue Growth Management initiatives that support profitable growth and overall business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in trade investment and AP claim management to improve process efficiency, claim accuracy and timeliness, strengthen financial controls, and ensure effective reconciliation and resolution of outstanding claims.
• Monitor and analyze trade spend and promotional performance to identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability, and return on investment.
• Track key commercial performance metrics and identify opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare business insights and recommendations for leadership and senior management reviews.
• Promote best practices in trade investment management and data-driven decision making.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, Category Management, or related commercial functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in trade spend management, promotion evaluation, and commercial performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• FMCG or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
