We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

We are recruiting for this position as part of our continued new business growth and expanding client demand within Private Equity. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional to lead high-performing teams, support complex client relationships, and help shape the future of service delivery through process improvement, digital enablement, and AI-driven innovation.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee multiple Fund Accounting teams responsible for delivering accounting services on behalf of assigned clients
  • Lead teams performing core fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) production, fund performance calculations, expense allocations, and client reporting
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure the assigned teams operate effectively and deliver against unit goals and objectives
  • Lead processes and resource allocation in determining NAV for assigned funds across multiple sectors during each measurement cycle
  • Partner with a broad set of clients and resolve unique or escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting
  • Drive service improvement plans, operational efficiencies, and process enhancements across the function
  • Help advance the team’s use of automation, digital tools, data insight, and AI-enabled solutions to improve scalability, accuracy, and client experience
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to ensure high-quality delivery, strong controls, and a positive team culture
  • Contribute to broader business priorities and support the continued growth of the Private Equity offering

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
  • Strong experience in fund accounting, client accounting, or related financial services environments
  • People management experience is required
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic and client-focused environment
  • Experience managing complex accounting processes, escalations, and stakeholder relationships
  • A proactive approach to process improvement, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation
  • Interest in leveraging AI and digital capabilities to enhance team effectiveness and client delivery
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
