Digital Marketing Associate

Role overviewWe're looking for a hands-on, organised person to run our day-to-day digital marketing and support business operations. You'll grow our online presence and bring in leads, and you'll keep the ops work running smoothly alongside the Executive Director.Key responsibilitiesDigital marketing

• Campaigns: Plan and run digital campaigns that match business goals.
• Social media: Manage the content calendar and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Paid ads: Run and monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns, and track CPC, CTR and ROAS.
• SEO and website: Do keyword research and on-page SEO updates, and track traffic in Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Content: Coordinate blogs, landing page copy, emails and graphics with writers and designers.
• Reporting: Track leads and share regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 years in digital marketing. Experience in operations or admin is a plus.
• Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Workspace or MS Office.
