Digital Marketing Associate Manager

As Marketing Associate Manager you will be tasked with supporting the Marketing team across all song releases. This role is tasked with assisting the Marketing Managers in the day-to-day running of music marketing campaigns as well as working across general marketing operations tasks .

1. Vendor & Expense Management

• Invoice Processing & Tracking: Timely process and track all 3rd-party vendor and marketing agency invoices.
• Expense Tracking: Continuously maintain and update the marketing expense tracker for accurate financial visibility.
• Payment Timeliness: Ensure all payments are submitted, approved, and executed in a timely manner according to company internal compliance and finance processes.
• Campaign Delivery & Reporting Verification: Track and verify the delivery, quality, and reporting of campaigns executed by vendors.

2. Campaign Briefing & Operational Support

• Media Buy Briefing: Accurately brief media buy campaigns (YouTube, Spotify, Meta, etc.) on internal marketing tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal marketing team, finance team, and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign launches.

3. Project Management & Workflow Operations

• Tool Management: Timely update, maintain, and manage tasks and project workflows within project management software like Notion/Trello/Asana.
• Deliverable & Schedule Tracking: Monitor marketing deliverables, campaign timelines and marketing budgets to ensure seamless execution across all accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about music
• Experience: experience in marketing coordination, ad operations, or marketing administration (preferably within music, media, or entertainment).
• Project Management Tools: Prior experience and proficiency with project management tools such as Asana/ Notion/Trello is strongly preferred.
• Financial & Analytical Skills: Proficient in spreadsheet management (Google Sheets / Excel) with high attention to detail for tracking budgets and processing invoices.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with digital music and ad ecosystems, particularly YouTube, META & Spotify and media buy workflows.
