Human Resources Coordinator/ Supervisor

At Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel, we believe that great guest experiences begin with great colleague experiences. As an HR Coordinator / Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting our people and ensuring a seamless colleague journey across the hotel.

You will work closely with the HR team and hotel departments to coordinate day-to-day HR operations, support colleague engagement, maintain accurate records, and ensure our people practices are delivered with care, consistency, and professionalism.

What You'll do

• Support the smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and colleague documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support colleague engagement, recognition, welfare, and team-building initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to address colleague queries and HR-related requirements.
• Support learning, development, and internal communication initiatives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with IHG standards, values, and True Hospitality philosophy.

What We're Looking for

• A graduate with a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for people.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Good working knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and employee relations.
• A team player who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
