We are hiring a Media Buyer:Google Ads with deep expertise in CPS performance marketing. This role requires a seasoned specialist who can scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns while maintaining strong profitability and ROI.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven performer who understands revenue models, affiliate ecosystems, and how to engineer profitable growth at scale.Key Responsibilities

Execute, manage, and continuously optimize CPS-focused Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Identify profitable segments, scale winning campaigns, and eliminate non-performing keywords, audiences, and funnels.
Build and refine keyword strategies, bidding frameworks, audience clusters, and funnel optimizations tailored to CPS objectives.
Collaborate with product, affiliate, analytics, and operations teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.
Deliver sharp performance reports, actionable insights, and data-backed recommendations to drive growth.
Manage large budgets efficiently with strict ROI discipline.
Stay updated on new Google Ads features, policy updates, tools, beta offerings, and market trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in media buying, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
Strong understanding of various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.
Expertise in budget allocation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
