पद का विवरण
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-up.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reports.- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.- Support management in expanding the company’s market presence.
Requirements
Experience: 8–12 YearsIndustry Preference: Candidates from Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, particularly candidates with experience in wheel sales, OEM sales, and B2B business development.Benefits
