ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will need to demonstrate a great work ethic, customer service skills and provide excellent quality home repairs and improvements to our customers as a Tradesman.
- If you have a minimum of 5+ years of construction skills including Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, and Electrical and want to work for a VERY busy family owned company that treats you like the professional you are, you have found the right opportunity.
- Applicants should be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, and own a standard set of tools to perform skills/trades.
- Applicants MUST have a TRUCK/VAN/SUV with hauling ability, and own hand tools
- Competent in all aspects of home repair, or someone that may only be super skilled in one or two areas.
- You must have Integrity, Accountability, open to constant and never ending improvement and someone who welcomes constructive feedback, someone who is passionate! (Blue Chip 4 Core values)
