Overbrook Catholic School is a private, co-educational school for preschool - sixth-grade students. Owned and operated by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia since 1936, Overbrook Catholic offers students an education in truth and virtue where the dignity of each human person made in the image and likeness of God is at the center of everything we do.
4TH GRADE TEACHER
Candidates should have a valid Tennessee teaching license (or be working to obtain one), a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred), at least three years’ experience teaching in an elementary or middle school setting and be models of the Christian faith and virtue. Teachers are responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, leading students to excel academically, and in fostering a sense of responsibility and respect.
The 4th grade teacher is to perform responsibilities and assignments in a manner consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals, and policies of Overbrook Catholic School.
